Before you write

Check the theme's documentation — most settings questions are answered there in the same words the editor uses.
Try the page in a private window; an app or a browser extension is the usual cause of a page that looks wrong for one person.
If you edited the theme code, test on an unedited copy of the theme first.

Included: bug fixes in the theme and answers about its sections and settings, for as long as the theme is listed on the Shopify Theme Store.
Not included: customisations, app integrations, design work, and changes you made to the theme code. For those, hire a Shopify Partner.

Updates: released through the Theme Store; each theme's changelog lists what changed.
